
Homemade Herbal Teas
Using my experience in Herbal medicine I have made several herbal teas to help sooth, calm and ease a few health issues.
I make my teas fresh to order in order to keep them as fresh as possible.
In the first instance I have to say its best to seek medical attention for aliments.
For best results aim for two cups a day, brewed with hot water for five minutes before drinking.
The power of plants is breathtaking, these are some of the amazing qualities from the plants I've used. I've chosen organic ingredients with nothing added, all you need to do is add water and enjoy.
Chamomile: Helps sooth nervous system, promotes better sleep, promotes digestive health, eases menstrual symptoms.
Lavender: Helps sooth nervous system, promotes better sleep, eases menstrual pain, boosts immune system, digestion support.
Ashwagandha: Calms the brain, reduces swelling, lowers blood pressure and aids immune system.
Liquorice: Helps reduce heartburn and acid reflux, Soothes sore throats, helps treat coughs, bacterial and viral infections, reduces menopausal symptoms.
Lemon Balm: Calming, reduces stress and anxiety, promotes good sleep, improves appetite, eases pain from indigestion, reduces bloating.
Peppermint: Promotes gut health, unclog sinuses, reduces nausea, boosts energy, relieves tension headaches, aids weight loss.
Raspberry leaf: Helps regulate perios, reduces heavy flow, regulating hormone levels, high in magnesium, potassium, iron and vitamins B
Rose: Anti inflammatory, reduces menopausal pain, reduces bloating, reduces mood swings, reduces anxiety
Holy Basil: Reduces anxiety and stress, lowes blood sugar levels, helps balance hormones including during menopausal.
Chaste Berries (Vitex): Treats menstrual cycle, reduces menstrual symptoms and pain, helps premenstrual and menopause symptoms, mood booster, reduces headaches.
Cloves: Anti inflammatory, reduces chest congestion and sinus.
Fennel: improves digestion, regulates blood pressure
Nutmeg: Anti inflammatory, anti rheumatic, anti thrombotic, relieves pain especially in joints, helps calm nerve's
